A few units and a battlefield with scattered resource fields at your disposal, you build a base, harvest these resources, and use funds thus gained to construct an army. Command & ConquerВ games, in the past, have followed the same recipe. WestwoodВ isn't exactly a name people associate with innovation. If you think you've played a lot of Red Alert. You should download the new version if you have an older one.

The Apocalypse mod is now at version 4.0.000. The fix is also included in the latest version of the Apocalypse mod. It will make your game work with UPD instead of IPX/SPX. If you have problems playing Red Alert 2 (and Yuri's Revenge) on LAN, you can have this fix. To disable v.1.000 compatibility mode, run 1000undo.bat. To enable the mod to work for version 1.000 run v1000fix.bat. The mod works on version 1.000 but it might have bugs.

Note: it is strongly recommended that you have Yuri's Revenge patch 1.001 installed. Note that the disabler will only work correctly for game version 1.001. You can use Diable.bat to disable the mod and Enable.bat to reactivate it. There is no need to enable it if you did not disable it previously. To install the mod, use the SFX archive provided in the Download Section and point the installer to your Yuri's Revenge game directory. To disable compatibility mode with game version 1.000, use 1000undo.bat.

The mod can be made compatible with version 1.000 using v1000fix.bat.
